The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant, along with their respective counsel, are present. 2.

I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are filed to permit them to withdraw the accusations made against the petitioner/accused in the complaint and to record compromise in Cr.No.66 of 2016, on the file of Karankote Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307 IPC and Section 174 Cr.P.C., by stating that they have settled the matter outside the Court amicably and to the said effect the petitioner has paid an amount of Rs.30,000/- by way of bankers cheque to the de facto complainant, who acknowledged the same.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are allowed. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Cr.No.66 of 2016, on the file of Karankote Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, are hereby quashed.
