Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, for respondents.

It is not in dispute that respondent nos.3 and 4 have recommended the case of the members of petitioner for payment of revised pay scales to the Government, and the matter is now pending with the Government. Therefore, there cannot be said to be contempt of court on the part of respondents.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
