Sri P.R. Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner in transfer CMP.No.568 of 2015 and for the respondent in transfer CMP.No.445 of 2016, would submit that the parties have settled the dispute before Lok Adalat and the award was also passed on 14.03.2017 and, therefore, the present petitions have become infructuous. He has placed the case status report expressing that he is unable to secure the certified copy of the award.

The case status report produced by the learned counsel would show that the matter is settled before Lok Adalat on 14.03.2017. Hence, the transfer CMPs are dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present petitions stand closed.
