THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.29488 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in disconnecting the electricity service connection Nos.SZ035935 and SZ119393 of the petitioner's house as illegal and arbitrary.

2. When the matter is called for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to her under law including the approaching of the competent authority for redressal. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
