The case of the petitioner is that he made an application before respondents 2 and 3 to survey his land admeasuring Ac.1-1050 cents in Survey No.54-2 of Narasayapalem village, Bapatla mandal, and fix boundaries. His grievance is that the respondent authorities have not taken any action on his representation.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader obtained instructions in the matter and submits that though as per the registered document No.733/1995 dated 28.03.1995 of Sub-Registrar Office, Bapatla, the petitioner has land to an extent of Ac.1-1050 cents in Survey No.54-2, but on field measurement it measured only Ac.0-9950 cents and therefore the respondent authorities have issued a notice to the adjacent land owners for measuring their lands so as to verify whether the boundaries of petitioner's land got mixed up with the boundaries of the lands of adjacent land owners. But the adjacent land owners objected to measuring their lands and therefore the learned AGP submits that another notice has to be issued in the matter.

He further submits that there is an existing paddy crop in the petitioner's land and after the harvesting of crop is done, necessary action will be taken in the matter. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to take action by issuing notice to the adjacent land owners, immediately after harvesting of existing paddy crop in the petitioner's land is done.
