Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 and A.2, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant and learned Public Prosecutor, representing the State-1st respondent and perused the transfer petition averments and the list of eight witnesses cited in the charge sheet.

LW.7 is resident of KPHB colony, near Kukatpally and LWs.1 to 5 and 8 are also Chanda Nagar, but for LW.6 of Serilingampally. 3.

Taking consideration of the convenience of the parties, S.C.No.672 of 2015 pending on the file of the VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar, is transferred to the XV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District.
