When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader (Home), on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner herein on 11-12-2018, Crime No.929 of 2018 has been registered by the police. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
