THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1091 OF 2016 ORDER:

Sri Shaik Md. Ismail, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled out of Court and the parties have compromised. In that view of the matter, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. That apart, a letter dated 30.07.2018 is also addressed to the Registry to list the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

Therefore, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
