THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.39563 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not registering the First Information Report with reference to the complaints made by the petitioner and his watchmen on 29.3.2016, 1.4.2016 and 17.10.2016 respectively as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondents to register the F.I.R. basing on the said complaints and investigate the same. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.3 is not registering a case against Gudipati Krishna Reddy, Gudipati Amaravathi, Chinthamreddy Venkataramana Reddy, Chinthamreddy Jayamma, Gudipati Ramana Reddy, Yatagiri Chenchu Krishnaiah, Chenchu Krishnamma, Potella Raghu and some others basing on the complaints lodged by him and his watchmen on 29.3.2016, 1.4.2016 and 17.10.2016 on the ground that they tried to grab his landed property to an extent of more than Ac.18.50 cents situated in Girishastrulavari Kandriga of Vinduru Revenue Village of Ramalingapuram Panchayat, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh in several ways.

When the matter is called today, it is informed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that basing on the said complaints, already a case was registered against the aforesaid persons and respondent No.3 is investigating the same.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, as no orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
