THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.12412 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners - A.1 to A.3, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.180 of 2016 on the file of XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

Having perused the material on record, it is evident that it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings in C.C. However, on the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the Court below to dispose of the C.C. itself as expeditiously as possible.

In that view of the matter, the learned XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.180 of 2016, within a period of six (6) months from today, without insisting the presence of petitioner Nos.1 and 2 - A.3 and A.2 on each and every adjournment, unless the learned Magistrate feels that their presence is necessary for any specific purpose. In so far as petitioner No.3 is concerned, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

In so far as petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are concerned, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. With regards petitioner No.3, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
