HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21313 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not assigning the land situated in Sy.No.989, admeasuring Ac.200 of Dachur Village, Kaluvai Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, to the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the present writ petition is covered by the order dated 11.12.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4498 of 2010 wherein this Court had directed to take steps for assignment of land to persons who are affected by the construction of Kandleru Reservoir within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of its order, which was followed in W.P.No.14998 of 2016 dated 29.04.2016 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Therefore for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also allowed directing the respondents to consider the request of petitioners for assignment of landing Sy.No.989 of Dachur Village to petitioners on satisfying the respondents that they are displaced on account of construction of Kandleru Reservoir. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
