Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the District Collector has addressed a letter to the Wakf Board for deletion of the subject land from the list of prohibited properties and the same is in process, as such, the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to institute fresh writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Interim Order granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.
