Sri Maheswara Rao Kunchem, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies under law.

Permission is accorded and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand dismissed.
