UMA DEVI CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TI ON No. 6373 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution arises out of the order dated 26.08.2017 passed by the Arbitral Tribunal in I.A.No.____ of 2017 in Arbitration Case No.7 of 2017.

In the light of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in SBP & CO. v. PATEL ENGI NEERI NG LTD.1, no Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution would lie against such an order. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed on the ground of maintainability. The dismissal of this revision would however not preclude the petitioner herein from raising the issue of validity of the order under challenge at the appropriate stage before the appropriate forum.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
