In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondent that the subject Suit in O.S.No.20 of 2015 was disposed of on 30.08.2019 and in view of the same, cause in this appeal does not survive for adjudication.

The said submissions are taken on record.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
