Rajesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. C.S. Surya Prakash Rao, learned Special Government Pleader for the State of Andhra Pradesh for the respondents.

This petition seeks production of Ms. Kolasani Madhavi. She is present before the Court. We interacted with her. She states that she is married and her divorce petition is pending. She admits that she has no concern with the petitioner, except the fact that they were together at some work place. Her parents are present in the Court. She seems to be absolutely safe and happy in their company.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed.
