This Court made the following:

JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed feeling aggrieved by order dated 12.07.2013 in Writ Petition No.571 of 2003. At the hearing, Mr. Mohd. Ghousuddin, learned counsel for the appellant, requested for permission of the Court to unconditionally withdraw the Writ Appeal. His request is accepted and the Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, W.A. M.P. No.1305 of 2016 stands dismissed as infructuous.
