When the matter was listed on 07.06.2018, none appeared for the petitioner and there was no representation on his behalf. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed to 21.06.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, none appears for the petitioner. This shows the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the case.

Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
