wp_37564_2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus directing the respondents to set the alleged detenus free.

At the hearing, Smt. B.Mohana Reddy, learned counsel, representing Sri A.Samir Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of this Writ Petition, both the detenus were set free. 3.

In the light of the above submission, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
