Pursuant to the notice issued on 15.12.2017, the first respondent appeared in this Court and submitted that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.3827 of 2009, dated 11.11.2016, a Notification was published in the District Gazette on 27.11.2017. In view of the publication in the District Gazette, no further orders are required in the present contempt case and the contempt case is accordingly closed.
