This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondents in fixing the pay in RPS-2015 benefit in Promotion Cadre under FR-22-B inspite of the representation dated 23-09-2017 as illegal and arbitrary. Heard both sides.

Since the grievance of the writ petitioner is pending by way of representation dated 23-09-2017 before the respondents, it is for the respondents to dispose of the same.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 23-09-2017 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
