HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6420 OF 2017 ORDER:
Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby to set aside the docket order dated 06.10.2017 passed in CFR No.3053 of 2016 in O.S. No. of 2016 (unnumbered) by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet.
2. Notice issued.
3. Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submits that he has no objection if the present petition is allowed.
4. Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and the concession granted to the learned Standing Counsel to the respondent, I hereby set aside the docket order dated 06.10.2017 passed in CFR No.3053 of 2016 in O.S.No. of 2016 (un-numbered) by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet.
5. The Principal Junior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, is directed to number the CFR No.3053 of 2016 and pass appropriate order by giving opportunity to both parties available under law.
6. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
