THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.36979 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the respondents-police to register a case basing on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.07.2016 against the respondents 6 & 7.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the 5th respondentStation House Officer, Osmania University Police Station, Hyderabad is not registering a case against the respondents 6 & 7 basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 02.07.2016. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 5th respondent is directed to register a case against the respondents 6 & 7 if the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 02.07.2016 discloses any cognizable offence and investigate into the same and file a final report, either way, in accordance with law.
