HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8432 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioners' grievance is that they have submitted a representation dt.08.01.2016 to respondent No.2 for redetermination of compensation under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, and that respondent No.2 has not passed any order thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent No.2 states that respondent No.2 will consider the application made by the petitioners for redetermination of compensation and pass orders on their representation, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the application made by the petitioners for redetermination of compensation and pass orders on their representation within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
