THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NOs.2262 OF 2011, 7795 OF 2007, 34579, 34580, 34581, 34584 OF 2014, 36046, 36123, 36160 AND 37167 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

All these Writ Petitions are being disposed of by way of a common order, as the issue raised in these Writ Petitions is one and the same.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner produced a letter dated 18.04.2019 to the effect that all these Writ Petitions are covered matters, covered by the judgment rendered by a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1268 of 2015 & batch dated 20.03.2019 and also enclosed a copy of the judgment to the said letter. He contends that all these Writ Petitions can be disposed of in terms of the orders passed by the Division Bench in W.A.No.1268 of 2015 & batch dated 20.03.2019 and to remand all the matters back to the Industrial Tribunal with a direction to dispose all of them within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents also not disputed the same.

In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that all these matters can be remanded to the Industrial Tribunal for adjudication along with batch of cases which were already remanded by the Division Bench of this Court. Accordingly, all these matters are remanded to the Industrial Tribunal for fresh adjudication and the Industrial Tribunal shall

dispose of the cases along with the batch of cases which were already remanded by the Division Bench of this Court. With these observations, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
