THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.6110 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction of the trial Court in disposing of I.A.No.207 of 2017 in O.S.No.28 of 2017 on the file of the VI Addl. District Judge, Kurnool. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In spite of service of notice, respondents 1 to 3 did not choose to appear and oppose the revision.

3.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the learned VI Addl. District Judge, Kurnool, to dispose of I.A.No.207 of 2017 in O.S.No.28 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible. 4.

In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

5.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned VI Addl. District Judge, Kurnool, is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.207 of 2017 in O.S.No.28 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. _________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J DATED: 18-09-2018.
