The case of the petitioner is that the respondents are not considering and disposing her application made online through e-seva in respect of her land in Sy.No.267/28 to an extent of Ac.0-30 cents for Zirayath land situated at Paravada Village and Mandal, Visakapatnam District submitted for mutation in Form VI-A. Aggrieved by inaction on the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.
