SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CIVIL REVISION PETITON No.6463 OF 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is called, the counsel for the respondent submits that the suit filed before the court below itself is disposed of. The same submission was made earlier, but, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was captioned under the caption 'for dismissal' and posted to 14.02.2018 and thereafter, as none appeared, it was posted to today. But, even today, the petitioner counsel does not appear.

Hence, in view of the above, this civil revision petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
