Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted on 18.07.2016 in WPMP No.29108 of 2016 shall stands vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
