When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri A.B.Ganga Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, that, unless both the joint account holders express their consent, the question of withdrawing the amount, in the Fixed Deposit joint account bearing No.31617103279, does not arise.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
