THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.36265 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not including the Intermediate Vocational Course in Crop Production & Management (C.P & M) as one of the qualifications in the recruitment rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.167, Agriculture and Cooperation Department dated 17.04.1997, for appointment to the post of Agricultural Extension Officer Grade II. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel for the respondents that the same issue was considered by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.35517 and 35533 of 2017, dated 26.10.2017, and the same were disposed of with the following direction:

"We consider it appropriate, therefore, to permit the petitioners to submit a representation afresh to the 1st respondent. In case such a representation is submitted, the 1st respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law and communicate his decision to the petitioners herein, within two months from the date of receipt of their representation."

In view of the above, there shall be a similar direction in this Writ Petition also.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
