Heard Mr. S. Dushyanth Reddy for petitioner, Mr. G. Seshadri for respondent No.6 and the Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj.

Petitioner challenges Ref.No.1408/ 2016-A2 dated 20.09.2016 on several factual and legal grounds. One of the main grounds is that the order came to be passed without actually finding out the exact position and secondly, without affording opportunity to petitioner. 3.

If the grievance of petitioner is as noted above, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can be given opportunity to represent to the third respondent within three (3) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and thereafter, the third respondent examines the representation of the petitioner filed in this behalf and is directed to take a decision within one week from the date of receipt of the representation.

The writ petition is disposed of as indicated above. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
