THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRL.R.C.M.P.No.1740 of 2016 IN/AND CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.704 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

2. The present revision is filed against the order passed in Crl.A.No.101 of 2015 on the file of I Additional Sessions Judge, Ongole, wherein the learned Sessions Judge, partly allowed the appeal by awarding Rs.6000/- per month as maintenance to the 1st respondent, from the date of filing of the complaint.

3. Along with the Revision, the petitioner herein filed Crl.M.P.No.1740 of 2016 and a joint memo signed by both the parties, seeking compromise of the matter in view of the settlement arrived at by them.

4. Today the petitioner and 1st respondent are present before this Court and they were identified by their respective counsel. The 1st respondent stated that she has settled the matter with the petitioner and entered into a Memorandum of Compromise dated 27.04.2016. In terms of the said compromise the 1st respondent agreed to receive an amount of Rs.9,00,000/- from the petitioner towards full and final settlement and undertakes to cooperate in settling the other cases pending between them.

5. Having regard to the settlement arrived at by both the parties, and since the respondent/wife has no objection for allowing this criminal Revision, the same is allowed in terms of compromise. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal revision

shall stand closed.
