This Transfer Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife for transfer of M.O.P.No.145 of 2018 from the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Proddatur, YSR Kadapa District, to the II Additional Family Court, at Kukatpalli, Miyapur, Cyberabad. The said O.P., was filed by the respondent/husband seeking divorce. 3.

The plea of the petitioner/wife is that she is staying with her mother in Hyderabad, that she has a minor son and daughter, that she filed O.P.No.280 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional Family Court, at Kukatpalli, Miyapur, Cyberabad, that it is very difficult for her to attend the case at Hyderabad and as such, she prays this Court to transfer M.O.P.No.145 of 2018 from the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Proddatur, YSR Kadapa District, to the Court of the II Additional Family Court, at Kukatpalli, Miyapur, Cyberabad. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner/wife along with her minor son and daughter is residing in Hyderabad, it is required that M.O.P.No.145 of 2018 from the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Proddatur, YSR Kadapa District, to be transferred to the II Additional Family Court, at Kukatpalli, Miyapur, Cyberabad. 5.

In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed transferring M.O.P.No.145 of 2018 from the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Proddatur, YSR Kadapa District, to the II Additional Family Court, at Kukatpalli, Miyapur, Cyberabad.
