Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the main H.M.O.P.No.18 of 2012 itself was disposed of by the trial Court and hence, the subject-matter of the revision has become infructuous. Recording the above submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
