This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 07.02.2017, passed in W.P.No.41731 of 2016. 2.

Though initially the 2nd respondent-contemnor passed an order and it was not in accordance with the decisions of this Court and the Police Standing Orders, the contemnor was given sufficient time for revising the said order. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court the order passed by the 2nd respondent-contemnor on 12.03.2018 closing the rowdy sheet against the petitioner. 3.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt case and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
