THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No.678 of 2018 ORDER:

This Company Application is filed by the petitioner with a prayer to take the affidavit on record and to take on record the highest offer of Rs.58,000/- offered by Sri Sanga Ashok Kumar, in the auction conducted on 12.10.2018 for purchase of movable items situated at Neravati Oil Mill Compound, Bogguline, Nandyal Railway Station, Nandyal, Kurnool District, against the minimum upset price of Rs.55,250/- and to accept the said highest offer permitting the Official Liquidator to collect the balance sale consideration of Rs.53,000/-and return the EMD of the unsuccessful bidder and pass appropriate orders.

Perused the report furnished by the Official Liquidator. Considering the material, which was sought to be sold, the offer amount of Rs.58,000/- is reasonable and the same is accepted by the Official Liquidator.
