HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22390 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made a representation on 24.02.2016 to the 4th respondent requesting to change the entries in the Revenue records in respect of land belonging to the temple admeasuring Ac.1-85 cents in R.S.No.13-1 of Prakarla Village, Pamarru Mandal, Krishna District. In pursuance to the same, the 4th respondent issued notice vide R.C.A.No.50/2016-2 on 17.03.2016 directing the petitioner to appear before him on 23.03.2016 and accordingly, the petitioner appeared on 23.03.2016. Thereafter, no further action has been taken by the respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 24.02.2016 in pursuance to the notice dated 17.03.2016, in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
