THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6188 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 15.09.2017 passed in I.ANo.780 of 2017 in A.S.No.174 of 2017 on the file of the XV Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-II Additional Family Judge, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District.

AT the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the First Appellate Court to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case the learned XV Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-II Additional Family Judge, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District is herby directed to dispose of A.S.No.174 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
