This is a second bail application of the petitioner/accused No.2 filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C).

The earlier bail application was dismissed by this Court vide order, dated 24.10.2018, in Crl.P.No.10642 of 2018, wherein this Court had elaborately dealt with, with regard to the entitlement of bail by the petitioner/accused No.2 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. There are no changed circumstances. Hence, the petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
