Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri K.Praveen Kumar, submits that he has instructions from his client to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to avail alternative remedies available under law, and, therefore, seeks permission for the same.

Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
