Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.S.Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for State Bank of India-respondents.

Admittedly, the petitioner has alternate remedy of approaching Labour Court and that the petitioner has also not challenged the order of punishment imposed against him. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach Labour Court.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
