HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6169 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

In fact the very order is to produce the child on 13.10.2017, that purpose itself become infructuous by now, but for at best the Court got in its discretion to order by fixing another date in future subject to any necessity. However the Court shall make every endeavour for early disposal of the matter as observed in the very docket order impugned itself concerned preferably within five (5) months from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly and in the result, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
