This civil revision petition is filed for a direction to the lower Court to dispose of O.P. No.193 of 2007 expeditiously. At the hearing, Mr. P. Rama Sharana Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that as per the instructions received by him, the O.P. is posted 'For judgment' today and that therefore the grievance with which this revision petition is filed stood redressed.

In the light of the above, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
