THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2954 OF 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed questioning the in action of the Chief Judge-cumSpecial Tribual under Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing cases, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad raising several contentions, more particularly, the failure of the Chief Judge-cum-Special Tribunal in disposal of the Land Grabbing O.P. No.1709 of 2006. This Court called for remarks from the Presiding Officer of the Tribunal and considering the remarks, I find that it is appropriate to advise the Chief Judge-cum-Special Tribunal to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible, but not later than four months from today.

Accordingly, the revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this civil revision petition shall stand closed.
