THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2349 OF 2017 ORDER:

Pursuant to the notice issued on 15.12.2017, the second respondent appeared in this Court and in view of setting aside the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.40971 and 41201 of 2016, dated 07.03.2017, in W.A.Nos.613 and 766 of 2017, dated 03.01.2018, his presence is dispensed with.

The first respondent filed an application to dispense with her presence on the ground that her mother expired on 12.01.2018 and the ceremonies are being performed from 19.01.2018 to 22.01.2018 as per their religious customs. In view of the same, the presence of the first respondent is also dispensed with.

In view of the fact that the order, which is alleged to have been violated by the contemnors, is set aside by the Division Bench, the contempt case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
