Petitioner contends that he is working as Junior Lecturer in Auto Mobile Engineering Technology in Government Junior College for Boys, Nagarkurnool, that he was imposed with a punishment of stoppage of two annual grade increments with cumulative effect by order dt.12.03.2018 passed by the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad, that petitioner sought a review of the same on 07.06.2018 before the 1st respondent, and that the 1st respondent has not passed any orders thereon till date. 2.

The Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for respondents states that the 1st respondent will decide the said Review Petition within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to decide the petitioner's Review Petition filed on 07.06.2018 within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
