The case of the petitioner is that she is in possession and enjoyment of land admeasuring Ac.0-38 guntas and Ac.0-21 guntas in Sy.Nos 354/B and 377/B situated at Chennapur revenue village, Regonda Mandal, Jaisankar Bhupalpally district, which is devolved upon him after death of his parents. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner made an application on 03-10-2018 under Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short "the Act") for mutation and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 28-11-2018 Nvl
