THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6413 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 31.07.2017 passed in I.A.No.269 of 2017 in O.S.No.2251 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy district at L.B. Nagar. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law, including filing of fresh application. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the liberty as sought for, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
