HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 3 1 0 2 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - The Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the police authorities to extend the police protection in the light of the injunction order in I.A.No.1251 of 2018 in O.S.No.790 of 2018 on the file of the II-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

In the considered opinion of this Court, in view of the availability of alternative remedy before the same Court, which passed the said order, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to move an appropriate application before the said court. With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
